In the UAE, foreign students are permitted to work for 15 hours per week or 60 hours per month.  To work in the UAE, you must obtain a work permit from the labour department. While you are a student in the UAE, the income from your part-time work can assist you in managing your daily living expenditures.



Eligibility for student 


  • Students need sufficient collateral for a Master's education loan, or at the very least enough to meet their actual loan due.

  • Students with sound financial backgrounds co-apply for an education loan for a Master's degree.

  • Academic performance must be excellent. If an applicant has an academic backlog, their application for an education loan will be denied in the UAE.

  • IELTS/TOEFL results.

  • A minimum of 12 years of schooling with a grade point average of 60% or above.

  • Some colleges even need a minimum score of 65% to study in Dubai after the 12th grade.

  • Students with a score of more than 75% may be spared from submitting IELTS scores.

  • Some selective universities need an EmSAT for undergraduate entrance.



Student Visa to Study in Dubai 

1. The student visa is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually until the study program is completed.

2. In the UAE, students are issued a 'Student Entry Permit' first, followed by a 'Student Residence Visa.'

3. To obtain a student visa in Dubai in 2023, students must first accept the Offer of Admission provided by their respective colleges, fulfill all academic requirements, and submit all appropriate financial evidence.

4. Students who arrive in the UAE on an entry visa are subjected to medical and biometric testing, and if all goes well, they are awarded a 'Student Residence Visa.'
